Girls’ Poker and Power Night

• The first level will be a fundamental course aimed at women who have never played poker before.

• Each seven-card stud class will be limited to eight women, hold’em instruction – nine. All classes are held at the gaming table, dealt by a professional dealer in the lively atmosphere of Hollywood Park Casino.

• Women will learn how to read a hand, betting strategy, handling overly aggressive opponents, manipulating passive ones, how emotions affect your win rate, psychology of body language, money management, and how poker mimics life.

• The course fee is $150 for four classes.
New classes begin each month (beginner and intermediate). Reservation required.

• Each class lasts two hours starting at 7 pm.

• Additional Q & A time will be available after class or via email.

• Free Valet parking at the casino entrance is available (excluding tip).

• Cocktails and food will be available for purchase at the preferred player rate.
